Fashion Tip: Wear a classic black dress with ballet flats. You can purchase them from Steve Madden. Then in the search box type in black dresses make a selection, next type in ballet flats in the search box make your selection and then check out. The next step is to anxiously wait for your purchases to be delivered, and then flaunt them shamelessly.

Health Tip: Before a major workout eat a banana to give you the energy to stay strong.  

This week in Fashion:  I recommend wearing a coach bag with any outfit. It will make you look flirty or business like depending on what you wear. You can purchase on directly from this site.

Beauty Tip:To remove salon acrylic nails with out ripping off your natural nail is now easy! Just take a store bought fake nail and slide it under your acrylic nail and it will slide off for a clean natural nail.

Fashion tip:Wear a pair of cute colored skinny jeans with a colorful T-shirt. (Colored jeans coming soon!!!) (You can purchase a custom colored T from andysignshop.com)

Health Tip: For a healthy lunch or snack get two pieces of whole wheat bread and spread on peanut butter mixed with wheat germ mixed with a teaspoon of honey. (For the peanutbutter and wheat germ serve as much as you like.)
